1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ApplyBlitz ("we", "our", or "us") at applyblitz.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApplyBlitz is an AI-powered job application platform that helps users create, personalise, and export professional CVs and cover letters tailored to specific job postings. Key features include:

• AI-assisted CV creation and personalisation
• AI-generated cover letter drafting
• Job description analysis and extraction
• PDF and DOCX document export
• Application tracking and management

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

4.1 Plans

ApplyBlitz offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Premium) with varying levels of access to AI generation features, export options, and document storage. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Credits

Certain AI features consume credits. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and may also be purchased separately. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan description.

4.3 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service has not been substantially used. For other refund requests, please contact us at support@applyblitz.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ApplyBlitz. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the CV data, cover letters, and other personal content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7.3 AI-Generated Output

Documents generated by the AI on your behalf (CVs, cover letters) are provided for your personal use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submission to employers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that using AI-generated documents for job applications is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApplyBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
